Summary
A coromandel-veneered sofa table, English, early 19th century. The top with two end flaps and crossbanded in burr yew-wood. Above a pair of short frieze drawers opposed by two false frieze drawers, all fitted with turned wooden knob handles. Raised on a pair of broadening rectangular-section end supports, each on a pair of tapering rectangular-section outswept legs fitted with brass caps and castors, joined by a high cross stretcher.
