Summary
A woman's summer skirt made from white cotton voile. The skirt is decorated with three tiers of cutwork embroidery in a floral pattern and is otherwise undecorated. It is unlined, gathered onto a cotton tape waistband and fastens with two hooks and eyes centre back, intact.
