Summary
A stuffed otter head, with pole, mounted on a shield-shaped wooden plaque, as a trophy. The plaque is painted blue with lettering and border in gilt. The Lettering below the head reads 'Oct 10th, 1905'. Below the lettering is a four petalled flower in gilt. On the reverse of the plaque the initials 'Dr.R.J' are written in pencil.

An item from the Llanerchaeron collection, left to the National Trust in the will of John Powell Ponsonby Lewes in 1989
