Summary
Display case containing a stuffed woodcock, arranged in a pictorial scene, in front of a painted background. Inside the case is a handwritten label: 'My First Woodcock. Killed Jan.y. 18th 1911. John P. Lewes '. The case is painted black and gilded around the glass panel on the front. The Maker is Hutchings of Aberystwyth.
