Badeley 1945: Courtauld-Thomson Dorneywood; autograph letter (envelope preserved) pasted to front endpapers from Rudyard Kipling: 'Miss Thomson / ever so many / thanks for "Tiadatha". I don't think it loses any point by age ... I've read it with joy'. Dated August 2 1929. Binding: publisher's printed thick brown paper wrappers bound at end of twentieth-century half polished blue calf over blue cloth, ruled gilt, spine gilt lettered direct, blue and white marbled endpapers.
