A mid-Georgian white marble pedestal, part of a set of four, by sir Henry Cheere enriched with panels, flutes, rosettes and quatrefoils in Siena and Brescia marbles.
Provenance
Accepted by HM Government in lieu of inheritance tax and allocated to the National Trust for display at West Wycombe, 2007.
