Summary
A feather banded walnut bureau cabinet or desk and bookcase, English, circa 1720. The upper section with a double-arched cornice above a pair of bevelled mirrored doors with retractable candle slides below. The desk with a hinged fall enclosing a fitted interior of drawers and compartment above a well, with two short and two long drawers below, raised on bracket feet.
