Summary

A small solid elliptical Cowrie shell, with a convex base, and well defined teeth either side of the aperture. Creamy brown in colour, with three white stripes, each with creamy brown chevrons. The base is a pale orange/brown with brown spots. There is no indication of the shell's provenance.
