Summary
A small solid elliptical Cowrie shell, with a convex base, and well defined teeth either side of the aperture. Creamy brown in colour, with three white stripes, each with creamy brown chevrons. The extremities have dark brown spots giving an eye-like appearance. The base is orange/brown with brown spots. There is no indication of the shell's provenance.
