Summary
A rosewood teapoy, English, circa 1825 The hinged lid opening to reveal a fitted interior of two zinc lined lidded tea canisters and a pair of cut crystal glass bowls, one damaged. The tapered body on a turned column with lappet carving and gadrooned collar to the base and joining a quatrefoil plinth raised on gadrooned turned feet

Part of the Windham Collection. The hall and contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 1969 by Robert Wyndham Ketton-Cremer (1906-1969)
