Oil painting in canvas, Humphrey Pakington (1555 - 1631), aged 44, English School, inscribed: Ano Dni 1599 Aetatis Suae 44. A painted oval head-and-shoulders portrait of Humphrey Pakington of Harvington, Worcester, to left, wearing a black slashed doublet with white lace ruff, holding a pendant jewel in his left hand. He married Abigail, daughter of Henry Sachereverell of Morley, Derbyshire and their daughter married Sir John Yate, whose descendant was to become allied with the Throckmortons.
