Summary
An oak press cupboard or cwpwrdd deuddarn, Welsh, circa 1730. The upper section enclosed by a pair of fielded panel doors flanking an ogee arched panel and with an overhanging cornice and acorn drop finials, the lower section with three frieze drawers and a pair of cupboard doors, on stile feet. CPW Item 8 -' Court cupboard with over hanging cornice and turned pendants. Cupboard alcove and below, three drawers between. Welsh early 18th century, Fr List Ipswich'.
