Summary
A wall alcove, English, 1936-1939, designed by Ernö Goldfinger, the rectangular alcove painted red and with two glass shelves, each shelf supported on four rubber headed pegs, a small steel cup hook screwed into each interior side wall below the upper shelf.

Owned by Ernö Goldfinger and Ursula Ruth Blackwell, also known as Mrs Ernö Goldfinger. Purchased by the National Trust in 1994.
