Oil painting on canvas, Grace Elvina Hinds, Marchioness Curzon of Kedleston (1877-1958) by Frank Moss Bennett (Liverpool 1874 – London 1953), signed and dated bottom right: FM BENNETT / 1912. A full-length portrait, of the second wife of Marquess Curzon of Kedleston, before her marriage to him in 1917, in a landscape, turned to right, facing, leaning with right arm on pedestal with urn. Latter situate to left with flowers.

Given by the sitter, Grace Hinds, Marchioness Curzon of Kedleston (1877 - 1958) to Richard Curzon, 2nd Viscount Scarsdale (1898-1977);bought with part of the contents of Kedleston Hall with the aid of the National Heritage Memorial Fund in 1986 when the house and park were given to the National Trust by Francis Curzon, 3rd Viscount Scarsdale (1924-2000)
