Summary
An Indian carved wood stand. It was possibly made for a gong, or was a commission for the Chinese rain drums that were acquired in 1900. The cross-bar and pillars are carved throughout with a floral pattern; the cross-bar curves up at each end. The feet consist of four lion paws.
