Oil painting on canvas, George Strickland (1780-1843) by Joseph Allen (Birmingham 1770 – Erdington 1839), circa 1820. A half-length portrait of the son of Cecilia Towneley by Jarrard Strickland of York, in a dark coat with white neckerchief.
