Summary description

Oil painting on canvas, A Man in Armour, British (English) School, mid 17th century. A half-length portrait of a man wearing armour, a white cloth collar visible around his neck. He has mid-length wavy, light brown hair, a moustache and rouged cheeks. He is set against a dark background and looks out and slightly off to his right.
