Oil painting on canvas, Dorcas Amphlett, Mrs John Hunt (b. 1658), English school, c.1681. A half-length potrait, wearing a brown/purple cloak fastened with a jewelled brooch and white lace cap to left, head facing. She married John Hunt of Chester in 1681 and he was sold Mollington by Thomas Leche in 1699.
By descent, until given by Gerald, 7th Viscount Clifden (1883-1966), with the transfer of the house to the National Trust in 1953
