Summary description

Oil painting on canvas, Called John Barneby (d. 1684), but really Richard Barneby (1644-1719/20) as a Young Man (?), British (English) School, circa 1675/80. A half-length portrait wearing a brown wig, lace cravat, brown coat, white lawn sleeves, lace ruffle at left wrist.


Bequeathed with the estate by Colonel John Talbot Lutley (1873-1946)
