The black ribbon pinned by a safety pin to the proper left epaulette of a shirt from a Scout uniform believed to have belonged to William Straw Jnr. Also includes shirt, hat, garters, bag, water bottle, badge, one black and one white ribbon and a length of thread. The cotton ribbon is in four strands made up of two pieces folded at the top centre and sewn across to form a narrow loop for the pin to fit through. It is attached to the proper left epaulette.
