Vyne Estate, Hampshire (Accredited Museum)
A historic water system comprising of a hopper dated 1705 with ECK initials to square section lead downpipes. Guttering also includes lead lined wood troughs in the attic roof spaces. The earliest drainage drawings are from Thomas Chute and dated 1776. Other water services diagrams are dated 1829, 1847, 1903 and 1920, and there is an undated fragment that appears to date to prior to 1903. These are all held at the Hampshire Records Office.
