A painted wooden doll of an Indian woman carrying a vessel on her head. The vessel, head and body appear to be made from turned wood. The head has painted facial details and black painted hair. The body is painted yellow and her conical shape skirt is painted red with a yellow trim. She has a black painted scarf on her body and skirt. Her arms are curved pieces of wood painted yellow. The left arm is curved around the front of her body and the right is placed over her head and holds a yellow painted wooden vessel.
