Woman’s skirt (part of suit). Black twill weave wool skirt with gores and stitched down pleated detail either side of the front panel concealing opening on the proper left side front. Fastens with a strip of press-studs carried on a black silk ribbon. Lined with soft black cotton sateen, hem edged with black wool brush ribbon. There is an internal cotton tape waistband with four strips of boning and the waistband fastens with three metal hooks and eyes.
