Woman’s skirt (part of dress SPR/DR/321A-C). Stiff black silk velvet skirt gathered at back, lined with heavily dressed plain weave cotton. Hem has a further wide band of black silk taffeta lining with a taffeta frill attached around the hem. This has a scalloped, pinked edge. CB opening fastens with four metal hooks and silk covered eyes. Waist bound with black silk taffeta fastens with two metal hooks and eyes. There is a silk taffeta pocket in the proper right back side seam.
