Part of an ornately decorated Indian festival decoration. An elongated section, backed with gold paper with several holes in it. The front is decorated with three strips of purple velvet decorated with gold and silver sequins and thread, and two pearls sewn to the centre strip. Fair condition. Overall colours gold and purple.
