Red wool banner edged with gold thread braid, of the King of Oudh, with stump-work oval with two mermaids holding crown up between them above which are two parasols and a flag to either side. Mounted on spear pole, the point with elaborate pierced support and tassel. Hung with long red cord with two metal thread tassels
Accepted by HM Government in lieu of inheritance tax and allocated to the National Trust for display at Claydon House, 2005.
