Banjo, Anonymous, English, c.1870(?). Inlaid panels around edge and along the neck. Brass band with eight brass tensioners. Thumb string tensioner part way along neck.. ‘760' pencilled on sounding skin.
Given to the National Trust with Snowshill Manor in 1951 by Charles Paget Wade.
